“No stone unturned” is how our plant investigations and upgrades have been described.

We worked directly for the school property board to review repair and replacement options for the existing chiller, the main consumer of power at the facility.

We undertook a due diligence study of the existing chiller and loading based on the cost and reliability over the next 5-10 years.

A new R410 scroll compressor chiller was the best investment and installed in 2015.

Upgraded power supply and load balance.

We worked for the client’s energy consultant to design replacement options for two existing chillers. A life cycle costing based on part load and full load efficiency was undertaken. New R410a multi-compressor chiller plant was installed in 2014.
